Bump Key Bill 5th Anniversary

Wednesday marks the fifth anniversary of the signing of SB 1554 (Dutton) by Governor Schwarzenegger, which added bump keys the the list of Burglary Tools found in Penal Code section 466, making their possession (with intent to use in a burglary) a misdemeanor.
