Today I added a line to State Senator H. E. Dillinger‘s biography noting that he authored the legislation (SB 1265 of 1945) which officially repealed the name Lake Bigler from “that certain lake situated near the summit of the Sierra Nevadas” and named it “Lake Tahoe”.
